We would like to inform our passengers that our fleet of vehicles are now fitted with CCTV cameras for your security and safety. In accordance with law, each vehicle is fitted with a sign in plain view notifying all members of the public that CCTV cameras are in operation.
Any downloaded data is viewed and stored in line with data protection guidelines and held only until the incident has been reviewed and concluded.
In line with this, any issues that passengers may wish to bring to our attention should be in a form of a written letter or email. Details such as time, date, and place are vital for any investigation to be carried out. Issues raised on our Twitter page can only be reviewed when backed up with a written letter or email.
In addition, we encourage passengers to get in touch when they feel that a driver has gone above and beyond their duty to help a passenger or provide a gold star service. This includes service runs and any private hire. Feedback does reach our drivers and is very much appreciated.
