Our 853 Glos/Chelt-Oxford timetable expired on 30th November 2018. We can confirm that there will be no changes to times or pickups until 4th March 2019. An updated timetable will be available nearer the time.

Timetables are available from our website or from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Oxford, Witney, and Burford tourist information centres.

The new timetables for Service 354 and Service HC04 from 3rd Sept are available to download from our website.

Hardcopies will be available from drivers once the service commences.

The route this year has changed. Please see the maps below for more information on the stops. The first map is the route the service will take around Gloucester City Centre. The second map details the location of the new bus stop in Market Parade (o/s the old Furniture Recycling/opp Pride haridressers). The last map details the location of the bus stop in Commercial Rd.

All routes for 2018/19 have now been set and all bus passes have been posted out.

If you have NOT received a bus pass by Thursday 30th August or you believe your pass is incorrect, please contact us urgently.

The closing date for applications was 31st July. Several routes are full so please be advised that we CANNOT guarantee a seat to any late applications

If you would like to apply, please call us. If there is a seat, you will need to come to our offices to complete an applicaiton form.

Now that secondary school places have been allocated and parents informed, looking into how to get your child to school is a top priority.

We offer routes to Churchdown School Academy from all over Gloucester.

.

Applications open in May 2018. Our travel packs contains all the information regarding pick up points, cost, and terms and conditions.

.

Existing travellers have been sent a travel pack send to the address we have on file. Please note that passes DO NOT automatically renew. You must apply again if you wish to travel this year.

.

If you are a new traveller, please contact us to request a travel pack. Alternatively, we will be in attendance at the Year 7 introduction evening on Thursday 5th July. Here we will provide travel packs, and be on hand to answer any questions.

We guarantee a seat to all applications received by 31st July 2018 in the order that completed, successful applications are returned to us.

We would like to inform our passengers that the last day we will be accepting the old style paper £10 notes will be Wednesday 28th February 2018 as they cease to be legal tender.

As a reminder, we only accept cash as payments for fares on our services. We have no facility for online payments, contactless, or cheques.

It has come to our attention that there is a discrepancy in the child and adult fare distinction for students who do not wear school uniform.

Upon discussions with Gloucestershire County Council, from Monday 16th October, ALL passengers over 16 years of age will be charged adult fare, regardless of the educational institutions that they attend.

We would like to inform our passengers that our fleet of vehicles are now fitted with CCTV cameras for your security and safety. In accordance with law, each vehicle is fitted with a sign in plain view notifying all members of the public that CCTV cameras are in operation.

Any downloaded data is viewed and stored in line with data protection guidelines and held only until the incident has been reviewed and concluded.

In line with this, any issues that passengers may wish to bring to our attention should be in a form of a written letter or email. Details such as time, date, and place are vital for any investigation to be carried out. Issues raised on our Twitter page can only be reviewed when backed up with a written letter or email.

In addition, we encourage passengers to get in touch when they feel that a driver has gone above and beyond their duty to help a passenger or provide a gold star service. This includes service runs and any private hire. Feedback does reach our drivers and is very much appreciated.
